About Alea Estate
Alea Estate is the perfect event space in the heart of Kerobokan — two sprawling, interconnected villas, Villa Alea (5 bedrooms) and Villa Aloui (4 bedrooms), joined by a sliding door between their living rooms to create a 9-bedroom haven for up to 18 guests. Book both villas together for the full estate, or each one separately.
Boasting traditional Joglo architecture, rice field views from Villa Alea, 2 private swimming pools and a full villa team, it's an idyllic setting for a wedding, a milestone birthday, a family reunion, or a retreat — anywhere you need real togetherness without losing your own space.
Bedrooms
Alea Estate's 9 bedrooms — 5 in Villa Alea, 4 in Villa Aloui — are spacious, newly renovated and comfortably furnished with deluxe beds, ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning throughout. Two of the bedrooms include a small private working desk, ideal for guests needing to stay connected. Villa Alea's master bedroom looks directly out over the rice paddies.
Ground floor bedrooms open straight onto the gardens and pools, while second floor bedrooms enjoy balconies with garden views. Whatever the occasion, everyone in your group has their own private retreat to return to after a day together.
Outdoor Areas
Between the two villas you'll find 2 private swimming pools and two lush tropical gardens, connected by a sliding door between the living rooms so your group can move freely between spaces or close off for privacy. Villa Alea's garden is the larger of the two, with genuine rice paddy views and a huge lawn — spacious enough for yoga sessions, with mats and blocks available and an instructor on request. Tucked into the garden, the gazebo is where in-villa spa treatments take place. Villa Aloui's garden is more enclosed, yet spacious and tropical.
As the sun goes down, settle in poolside for sunset hour with a glass of wine and a poolside snack while the sky turns gold over the rice paddies.
Indoor Areas
Both villas have their own open-air, bale-style living and dining spaces, connected to each other via a sliding door between the two living rooms — perfect for events that need both togetherness and separate space. Recline on comfortable couches, challenge the family to a board game, or gather everyone around one of the wooden dining tables for a Balinese feast prepared by the villa's kitchen team. Mornings can start with a floating breakfast served right in the pool, or a family breakfast around the large table.
Villa Alea is the larger of the two, with enough space for the whole group to relax and dine together, while Villa Aloui offers a cosier, more intimate setting when the group wants to split off.
Staff and Services
A friendly team of staff is on hand from the moment you arrive to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Daily housekeeping keeps every room spotless, while the kitchen team prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner on request — including a floating breakfast tray served right in the pool — and can arrange spa treatments in the garden gazebo.
The Villa Finder Concierge team is there to help organise airport transfers, excursions, babysitters, birthday decoration, private chefs and more.
